Terms
The rentals are made from Saturday to Saturday for T2 and T3, Sunday after Sunday for T4.
The arrivals from up to 20H and 17H. The departures before 9:30. Thank you kindly call us to tell us the time you arrive at least 24 hours before that.
Fee: 1,00 € / day (> 12 years).
Departure Cleaning: 45 € for a T2 / 50 € for Q3 / 65 € for a T4.
If very dirty accommodation supplement: 20 €
Rental of sheets (optional): € 20 per bed per week. (sheets are changed every tomorrow)
The towels are not provided.
Cot and beach umbrellas available. Baby-sitting available.
Disabled access for T2.
The tenant signing a lease concluded for a period may in no case exceed the period initially planned, will not invoke any right to remain in the premises after the rental period. It will ensure the peaceful character of the lease and agrees to make the premises as clean that he has found on his arrival. Pets are not allowed. The number of tenants must not exceed the capacity indicated, namely: T2 = 4 persons 5 persons = T3, T4 = 7 people. A deposit of 500 € will be requested on arrival and refunded on departure less any damage. The lease becomes effective when the deposit of 30% of the total rental is received by the owner. All cancellations must be notified by letter;
the deposit forfeited if the apartment had been rented for the same period.
The balance will be paid upon entering the premises.
