Rent contract - General conditions
The client, signatory of this contract for a period which cannot exceed the lenth for which he/she has signed, cannot claim any rights to stay in the apartment at the end of the rent period. He/she must ensure that neighbours are not disturbed by noise and that the apartment is handed back in the same condition as at arrival. Animals are not allowed. The number of people in an apartment must not exceed its capacity : T2 = 4 persons, T3 = 6 persons. The client will pay a damage deposit of 500 € on arrival ; this will be reimbursed at departure less any deductions made for damage. The contact becomes effective when the deposit of 30% of the total has been received by the owner. Any cancellation must be notified by registered mail : the deposit being forfeit if the apartment cannot be rerented. The rent balance will be paid on arrival.
